We ship to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the EU and No-EU countries with DHL, assured and trackable.

Shipping to Germany costs € 5,90, free shipping for a good value more than € 89,99. Shipping by C.O.D. is only available for Germany and costs € 14,90.

Shipping to Austria € 11,90, free shipping for a good value more than € 299,99.

Shipping to Liechtenstein and Switzerland and the United Kingdom € 18,90, free shipping for a good value more than € 499,99.

Shipping to the following countries € 15,90, free shipping for a good value more than € 299,99:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estland, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Lettland, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slowenia, Tchech Republic, Hungary.

Certain products are excluded for delivery to the UK, France, Germany and other EU countries (for example Gold Max, Vimax). We do not ship to Cyprus. Such orders are canceled, the customer will be informed accordingly and any payment refunded immediately.

Shipping to all other countries costs € 39,90. Shipping to Turkey, Tunisia, Morocco and Algery costs € 29,00.

All shipping prizes include VAT.

The customs of  Liechtenstein, Switzerland and all other Non-EU countries will charge the country-specific VAT upon these prizes and possible duties."Terms of Business".
The same applies to deliveries to EU countries, which under tax law does not belong to the EU (for example, the Canary Islands).

Payment Methods

There are several ways of payment:

• Payment in advance by bank transfer (the bank data are named on your order confirmation which you will receive after having sent your order!)
   
• Credit card American Express
   
• Credit cards Verfied by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code: Therefore you need a password which protects you and the merchant from improper use of your credit card by other persons.
  
  If you do not have such a password yet, you can define it during the order process in our shop. This created password you can use for shopping and paying in every online shop which provides these secure credit card methods!
  
  Only payments in Euro are suppoorted by Visa or Mastercard! If prices are shown in CHF or GBP, please change currency into Euro by clicking on the little, round €-Button beside the country flags on the right top of our website.
  
  Credit card payment is only possible, if your order has NOT to be shipped to a packing station.
  
  Besides this payment method is NOT possible, if the order has to be shipped to Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Lithuania, the States of the former Jugoslavia, Ukraine, Kasachstan, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Africa oder Asia.
